Mohammed is a Financial Advisor who worked in in a leading Investment Banks such as HSBC Saudi Arabia and Riyad Capital in Syndication Loans and Securities Services and currently he is an Investment Associate at one of the Semi Government Entities.

Dr. Mohamed Fathy Sadek

Senior Consultant

Background

Dr. Mohamed Fathy has over 25 years of experience in the food and agriculture sector in the Kingdom. He has held executive-level responsibilities at a variety of food and feed production companies.

Relevant Experience

Supported PwC on a number of feasibility studies in the agriculture and food sector
Responsible for field interviews, market research, data collection and analysis, financial modelling, and pricing studies
Member of the Fourth Initiative to Improve the production efficiency of the poultry sector (sponsored by ADF)
Prepared business cases to establish five new agriculture cooperatives, including market assessment, technical design and financial modelling

Mark Webster

Senior Director

Background

Mark has extensive background in the food and agriculture sector in the Kingdom. In his former role as a PwC Partner, he was responsible for the agriculture, food and environment practice in the Middle East. He received an MBA from MIT Sloan School and a B.S. In Economics from Georgetown University.

Prepared the National Agriculture Strategy, the National Dates Strategy and the National Poultry Strategy for Saudi Arabia
Prepared the 5-year plan for the Saudi Food and Drug Authority
Advised multiple clients in the poultry, dairy, feed, aquaculture, greenhouse, olive oil, juice, food processing and food retail sectors
Prepared strategic plans, feasibility studies, market studies, product development plans and distribution strategies for clients in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Oman, Qatar and Egypt

Abdulrahman Al Nemer

Managing Director

Background

Abdulrahman has over 30 years of experience with agrifood investments, having worked closely with all major agrifood companies. He retired from the Agriculture Development Fund as the Deputy General Manager responsible for strategy. He held a number of leadership positions in the credit, collections and planning departments. Abdulrahman received a B.S. in Agriculture Sciences from King Saud University.

Relevant Experience

Helped investors secure loans from the Agriculture Development Fund and other financial institutions
Led the development of ADF’s strategic plan to align its lending policies and operations with the priorities of the Ministry of Agriculture
Helped launch the flour mill privatisation programme at the Saudi Arabian Grains Organisation as a Board member
